Our Team
Zubin is a strategist who believes that imagination and “out of the box” thinking are necessary to make progress and foster long lasting competitive advantages for a company.
After completing his Engineering from Cochin University and MBA from IIM, Kozhikode; he gained 14+ years of work experience in Marketing / Technology / Consulting roles in Retail, CPG, Logistics and IT. Having worked for MNCs like Reliance, Tata Group & Infor, he is experienced in helping leaders translate their vision into tangible success. He excels in creating long term plans, driving product/brand innovations and go to market strategies, incorporating new processes and technology and leading change management.
Outside work, he enjoys teaching business subjects in local universities, playing various sports and following his favourite football team – Liverpool FC
Shamin is a Growth Maestro who excels in creating detailed expansion plans for businesses and executing them perfectly on the ground, driving exponential growth for his clients.
He is an Engineer and MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode, with 11+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations roles including setting up new businesses. Having worked with MNCs like Tata Motors, Airtel, Samsung, Xseed Education and having Entrepreneur instincts as well, he has a wholistic understanding of various business functions across industries. His hands own approach to business situations, help him see through the problem and implement perfect solutions. He is also an excellent Arbitrator.
Outside work, he pursues courses in Psychology and Neuro Science, and enjoys spending time with his family.
Arun is an Engineering graduate from IIT Madras, who is highly detail-oriented and work with clients to help advance their business performance by creating & capturing more value through data and analytics, finance transformation and risk management.
With an MBA from IIM, Bangalore and over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Management roles, he has worked across various industries which include Financial Services, Infrastructure, Telecom, Automobile and Real Estate. He has exposure to various functions including M&A, fund raising, loan syndication, capital budgeting, MIS, due diligence and risk management. He has worked with large corporates such as Piramal Capital, Essar Group & Caterpillar. Arun graduated from IIT Madras (BTech) and has an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Apart from his professional interests, he is deeply passionate about road trips and never misses an opportunity to play football.
Ahammed Kabeer is a veteran management guru who brings 35+ years of experience in various Finance & IT roles spanning more than 10 countries. Having started of his career as a Chartered Accountant, he then went on to work with the Multinational companies likes of SABIC, Rolls-Royce and Pepsi amongst others. He brings expertise and wisdom from various industries including Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution, Hospitality & Non-Profit to the table.
When not solving business problems, he spends most of his time playing chess with his international friends or learning the latest programming language.
Sayed is someone who epitomise that, age-old wisdom of learning never stops. He already has degrees in English Literature, Botany, Business and Law and is not planning to slow down his quench for knowledge.
Being a former IRS official with more than 35 years of experience in various government departments like Customs, Excise, Narcotics, Revenue Intelligence and Enforcement, he received President’s Award for Distinguish Record of Service. He works primarily on projects where legal and government related expertise are required.
He is an avid reader who has a keen interest in exploring the vast Indian history. Being a wanderlust, he enjoys exploring the less travelled parts of the country.
Zujin is an Investment Banker by heart, IT/ERP Expert by profession. He is someone who strongly believes in driving decisions based on data.
After starting his first IT company at the age of 15 and an investment firm by 20, he went on to take an MBA from Coventry University, UK. He currently manages investments for our clients and also help us implement ERP & Business Intelligence solutions for them to help get data at their fingertips to make informed decisions with.
In his free time, he enjoys strategy and FPS games. He is an avid coffee fan who loves creating his own signature drinks.
